It’s awesome to hear the number one quarterback in the NFL speak out against processed food.

His comments hit the bullseye so hard Coca-Cola and Kelloggs had to issue public statements defending their processed junk food. You can disregard anything these large companies say.

You’ll probably go out and drink Coca-Cola and think ‘Oh yeah, that’s no problem.’ Why? Because they pay lots of money for advertisements to think that you should drink Coca-Cola for a living…

I totally disagree with that. And when people do that, I think that’s quackery. And the fact that they can sell that to kids? I mean, that’s poison for kids…

When you go to the Super Bowl, who are the sponsors? That’s the education that we get. That’s what we get brainwashed to believe; that all these things are just normal food groups, and this is what you should eat.”

Two of the worst foods in a kids daily diet are soda and Cereal. Sugar stacked on sugar. One 20 oz. soda can have the equivalent of 16 sugar cubes. That’s 4x the DAILY limit for a kid. If your kid is overweight and drinking soda. This is an easy diet fix.

Just don’t switch to diet soda. The fake sugar in there is just that…fake. Russell Blaylock MD wrote the book on them. The biggest dangers are the destruction of the nerves and higher cancer risk.

If you want to improve your health in more ways than you can imagine, stopping cereal in the morning and drinking soda will be life changing.

Researchers looked at neighborhood houses and found that the ones with cereal and soda readily available, were on average 20 lbs. heavier, than the neighbors with fruit sitting out.

Kids are academically better with real foods as well. If this is new info for you, the book “The Crazy Makers” is a great read.

Another bonus piece of trivia. The second best quarterback in the NFL is Aaron Rogers and his dad is a chiropractor. hmmm, common denominator of awesomeness.

I don’t know about Roger’s diet, but I’d bet it’s pretty good with a dad who’s a chiro.
