What’s a common pain killer people take? Daily…

Ibuprofen comes to mind. It’s an over-the-counter NSAID. One of the most common side-effects is a heart attack. Overall, about 1/2 of all people who have heart attacks, the heart attack is their first symptom. Taking ibuprofen daily is a bit like Russian Roulette. Eventually, your heart might go bang.
If you take a NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) and your pain is reduced, you’ll want to pay attention to this. Common NSAIDS are Aleve, Advil, Motrin, Aspirin and (Not Tylenol). If you feel better with these, then you most likely have too many omega-6 fatty acids roaming around your body.

91% of people have too much omega-6.

1982 the Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine was awarded to 3 guys for their discovery of PROSTAGLANDINS. These are hormones that determine whether or not you are inflammed.

Inflammation leads to PAIN, arthritis, artery disease, auto immune diseases, dementia, and cancer. Inflammation control is wildly important to modern life.

American Academy of Pain Management, Weiner’s 7th Edition had this to say in 2006. “Changes in the modern diet are largely responsible for the increasing incidence of essential fatty acid imbalances and deficiencies.”

“The ratio of omega-6 (inflammatory) to omega-3 (anti-inflammatory) has changed dramatically due to the widespread use of vegetable oils in cooking…”

“Historical estimates place the ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids at nearly 1:1.

In 1900, the ratio increased to 4:1.

The current American ratio is 25:1 (unprecedented)

A little side note for you, above 4:1 your brain is in trouble, above 10:1 your whole body is in trouble, and above 15:1 you’re essentially doomed. These are called essential fatty acids for a reason. They are essential.

It takes a minimum of 4 months to see changes in your ratios. Luckily, you can feel better sooner. According to Surgical Neurology, April 2006 after 75 days on fish oil, 59% of 250 patients were able to stop their NSAIDS for pain.

Here is something of vital importance from the American Academy of Pain Management, “Many of the chronic inflammatory conditions that accompany EFA imbalance are currently treated with symptom-specific pharmaceutical drugs such as steroids, prednisone, aspirin, and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs”

This article is concerning pain management, but if you read between the lines, this simple advice has widespread impact for your future and your families. It makes me sick that people are being drugged up for nutritional deficiencies.
The two biggest dietary contributors to high omega-6 fatty acids are corn and soybeans.
This is why I take Cod Liver Oil from Standard Process every day. It is the cleanest fish oil I’ve found. They don’t take anything away or add a anything to it.

Take a fish oil daily is step one to a pain-free life.

4. Digestive trouble
5. Ongoing illness
6. Ongoing fatigue
P.P.S. If you take ANY medication, you may be enthralled by a Netflix documentary called Prescription Thugs. It’s great. The language is a bit salty on occasion, so I won’t show it in the office.
